Environmental Protection (EPA): To Be or Not To Be

Over the next month, the ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY will be receiving comments concerning the adminstration's plans to "reform" the regulations currently in place to protect the environment, in particular how to implement the President's executive orders and plans to reduce burdensome protections, eliminate staff, and otherwise deregulate implementation of the many various environmental legislation, such as the Clear Air and Clean Water acts, Protection of Children, Emergency Planning & Community Right to Know, Costal Health, Endangered Species, Insecticide, Fungicide, Rodenicide,Noice Control, Nuclear Waste, Safe Drinking Water, Pollution Prevention and other federal laws administered in whole or in part by the Agency.
