The US CIS has just announced in the Federal Register its proposed new fee schedule, which will significantly increase the cost of immigration filings. This announcement is available at
https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/FR-2016-05-04/html/2016-10297.htm and increases fees by an average of 22%. While these increases are subject to public comment and not in effect at present, it seems prudent for anyone ready to file to proceed without much delay!
